045 Light bulbs.

045 Light bulbs. A great view of the inside of one of Dundee’s “new buses” in January 1955 on what must have been quite a cold day judging by the clothing being worn by the conductress and passengers. Gone are the elaborate light fittings and intricate roof detail from the older buses and now it’s just bare light bulbs used to illuminate the interior. The Corporation bought 35 Daimler CVG6s in 1955 and this is likely to be one of their interiors photographed here.
