020 Parcels on wheels.

020 Parcels on wheels. A familiar sight in the city was this pre-World War 2 hand barrow used for collecting and delivering parcels. This barrow was presented to Dundee Museum in June 1981 having been restored by Tayside Regional Council Transport Department.
