047 Christmas bus. Having bought some 88 Daimler CVG6 double-deck buses it was only natural that one of them would be selected as the Corporation’s Christmas Bus, a popular feature with passengers and public alike. New in 1955 number 180 ETS960 is pictured with a large Council crest fixed to the front above the destination panels and lights fitted around its exterior.
