2001 Volvo B7TL Plaxton President JAZ9864 (X699EGK) CitySightseeing Alpine Travel Llandudno

Alpine Travel operate the CitySightseeing service between Llandudno and Conwy.

Pictured in Conwy is 2001 Volvo B7TL Plaxton President JAZ9864 (X699EGK), new to London General in February 2001 as fleet number PVL199.

Unlike the Leyland Olympians which are only partly open-top, the Plaxton Presidents had to have the full roof removed and the height of the top deck front window reduced in order to fit through the archway in Conwy's town wall and they are therefore generally only used when good weather can be guaranteed.
