Following a number of breakdowns and passenger complaints both New Routemasters were withdrawn from timetabled services midway through their third week in service and were only be used "as duplicate vehicles as and when required."
The buses reportedly arrived at West Ham Garage London on 16 December 2014 but are currently the only two buses to be registered as new to a non-London company and therefore cascaded from Scotland to London for a change.
