Alpine Travel operate the CitySightseeing service between Llandudno and Conwy.
Pictured a Llandudno are 2001 Volvo B7TL Plaxton President JAZ9864 (X699EGK),new to London General in February 2001 as fleet number PVL199, and 1987 Leyland Olympian D244FYM, new to London Transport as fleet number L244 in January 1987.
Unlike the Leyland Olympians which are only partly open-top, the Plaxton Presidents had to have the full roof removed in order to fit through the archway in Conwy's town wall and they are therefore generally only used when good weather can be guaranteed.
